Out of Hours

At Phoenix Vet Practice, we know pet worries don’t stop at 6.30pm. To make sure you always have support, we offer full out-of-hours service based at our practice here in Nantwich, designed to keep your pets safe and our team well-rested.

Because our daytime vets also cover on-call from home, we use VidiVet overnight to triage any concerns. Their veterinary team will assess your pet’s situation, guide you on what to do, and contact our on-call vet if urgent care is needed so you can be seen by our on call vets, either Steve, Cathy, Sarah or Keelin.

VidiVet is also available during the day for free advice whenever we’re unable to get to the phone.

This approach ensures you always have expert help at hand, while allowing our small team to get some sleep and provide the highest level of care every day.
