Consultations & Preventative Care
From vaccinations and health checks to parasite protection and nutritional advice, we focus on prevention as much as treatment — helping your pets stay happy and healthy throughout their lives. Our Phoenix Family Club helps make it easy and great value.
Diagnostics & Medical Care
With in-house lab testing, digital imaging, and ultrasound, we can quickly get to the root of a problem. Our experienced vets manage everything from routine cases to complex medical conditions with care.
Surgery and Anaesthesia
Whether it’s a routine procedure or a complex soft tissue or orthopaedic operation, your pet is in safe hands. Keelin and Sarah have both done additional certificates in surgery so can tackle complex surgeries in-house.
Emergency & Out-of-Hours
We provide our own out-of-hours service, so you’ll always see a familiar face when it matters most. Supported by VidiVet, you’ll also have access to instant triage advice from experienced vets, day or night.
Dental Care
Healthy teeth and gums are vital to wellbeing. We offer dental assessments, ultrasonic cleaning, dental x-rays and extractions — keeping your pet’s mouth healthy and pain-free.
Referral Ophthalmology
Led by Keelin Hopkins, our dedicated referral ophthalmology service provides expert diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of eye conditions. We accept both first-opinion and referral cases from neighbouring practices.
Cat Only Consult Room
We know cats appreciate a calm, stress-free space. Our dedicated cat-only consult room is designed to make feline visits gentler and more relaxed — with quiet surroundings, cosy surfaces, and soothing pheromones to help them feel at ease.
Senior Care
As pets grow older, their needs change. We offer tailored health checks, mobility support, and lifestyle advice to help every pet enjoy a long, comfortable, and happy life. We offer multi-modal pain relief options for our patients with arthritis.
